What payment methods do you support?

We support credit and debit card payments in USD and EUR on the Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, and Discover networks. Apple Pay is also available for a seamless mobile checkout experience. Minimum transaction value is $1, with a maximum of $20,000 per transaction.

What countries and regions do you support?

TransVoucher is available in 190+ countries and territories worldwide, including all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Washington DC, and countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Oceania. We have two distinct products available in different parts of the world, with specific features and limits based on your location.

What are your verification levels and limits?

We offer two verification levels with different limits:

Registered Users (Basic Verification):

  • • $5,000 lifetime limit
  • • Up to 3 cards can be saved
  • • Basic information required: country, state (US only), name, date of birth, email

Verified Users (Document Verification):

  • • $20,000 weekly limit (resets every week)
  • • Up to 5 cards can be saved
  • • Additional documents required: ID photo, address document, selfie
  • • US citizens can use driver's license + selfie only

How does TransVoucher work?

TransVoucher bridges traditional payment methods with cryptocurrency settlements. Your customers pay using familiar payment methods (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay), while you receive payments in cryptocurrency (USDT) directly to your wallet within T+1 to T+3 business days.

What cryptocurrencies do you support?

Currently, we support USDT settlements on the Polygon network. This provides fast, low-cost transactions while maintaining the stability of a USD-pegged stablecoin. We're continuously expanding our supported cryptocurrencies and networks.

Do my customers need to know about crypto?

No! Your customers have the same familiar checkout experience they're used to. They can pay with credit cards, debit cards, or Apple Pay. The crypto conversion happens behind the scenes, and customers don't need any crypto knowledge or wallets.

Can I integrate TransVoucher into my iOS app?

Yes! TransVoucher can be seamlessly integrated into iOS applications via WebView. However, due to Apple Store policies, initial builds may be flagged during review.

Apple Store Review Guidelines:

  • • Emphasize that your app is a non-custodial wallet, not an exchange or VASP
  • • TransVoucher is a licensed cryptocurrency purchasing service (EU FIU, USA MSB)
  • • All purchases happen on TransVoucher's separate hosted page per our Terms & Conditions
  • • Your app simply provides a link to our service within a native browser
  • • We have agreements that clearly define responsibilities between TransVoucher and app developers

How do I test TransVoucher in sandbox mode?

We provide a comprehensive sandbox environment for testing before going live. The sandbox mirrors all production functionality but connects to test payment processors.

Sandbox Testing Notes:

  • • OTP SMS is not sent in sandbox - the code is always 0000
  • • Use sandbox API credentials provided during development setup
  • • All transactions are marked as sandbox and don't involve real money
  • • Test various payment scenarios including success, failure, and pending states

What are your settlement times?

Standard settlements are T+3 (3 business days). However, qualified merchants can negotiate T+1 (next business day) settlements. All settlements are automatically processed to your provided crypto wallet address.

How do I integrate TransVoucher?

Integration is simple with our developer-friendly API. You can get started in minutes with our JavaScript SDK, comprehensive documentation, and code examples. Our technical team is available to assist with implementation.

What are your fees?
