1. Introduction
Welcome to TransVoucher. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our payment processing platform and services ("Services") provided by TransVoucher ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Definitions
- "Merchant" means any business or individual that accepts payments through TransVoucher.
- "Agent" means authorized partners who facilitate merchant onboarding and support.
- "Customer" means end users who make payments through our platform.
- "Platform" means TransVoucher's payment processing system and related technology.
- "Cryptocurrency" refers to digital assets, primarily USDT, used for settlements.
3. Service Description
TransVoucher provides a payment processing service that allows merchants to accept traditional payment methods while receiving settlements in cryptocurrency (primarily USDT on the Polygon network).
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
We support credit and debit card payments in USD and EUR on the following networks:
- • Mastercard
- • Visa
- • American Express (AmEx)
- • JCB
- • Discover
- • Apple Pay
3.2 Transaction Limits
Transaction limits depend on user verification level:
- • Minimum transaction: $1
- • Maximum transaction: $20,000
- • Registered users: $5,000 lifetime limit, up to 3 saved cards
- • Verified users: $20,000 weekly limit, up to 5 saved cards
3.3 Geographic Availability
TransVoucher services are available in 190+ countries and territories, including:
- • All 50 United States
- • Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
- • Washington D.C.
- • Countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Oceania
We offer two distinct products available in different regions, with specific features and requirements based on local regulations and user location.
3.4 Verification Requirements
Basic Registration (Registered Users):
- • Country of residence
- • State of residence (US citizens only)
- • First and last name
- • Date of birth
- • Email address
Enhanced Verification (Verified Users):
- • Photo of government-issued ID document
- • Photo or scan of address verification document
- • Selfie photograph
- • US citizens may use driver's license and selfie only
Our services include payment processing, currency conversion, fraud protection, and automated cryptocurrency settlements to merchant-provided wallet addresses.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Merchant Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate business and identity information during registration
- • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- • Provide valid cryptocurrency wallet addresses for settlements
- • Implement proper security measures for API credentials
- • Honor refund and customer service obligations
- • Report suspicious activities or potential fraud
4.2 Agent Responsibilities
- • Conduct proper due diligence on merchant prospects
- • Provide accurate information about our services
- • Maintain confidentiality of merchant information
- • Comply with partner agreement terms
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- • Money laundering or terrorist financing
- • Sale of illegal goods or services
- • Gambling or adult content (where prohibited by law)
- • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- • Intellectual property infringement
- • High-risk activities without prior approval
- • Circumventing fraud prevention measures
6. Payment Processing
6.1 Settlement Terms
- • Standard settlements: T+3 business days
- • Expedited settlements: T+1 (subject to qualification and additional fees)
- • Settlements are processed in USDT on the Polygon network
- • Minimum settlement thresholds may apply
6.2 Fees and Charges
Processing fees vary based on transaction volume, settlement speed, and risk assessment. All applicable fees will be disclosed during the onboarding process.
6.3 Chargebacks and Disputes
We provide chargeback protection for qualified merchants. Merchants must cooperate with dispute resolution processes and provide requested documentation.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSVOUCHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TransVoucher in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, we will process any pending settlements according to our standard procedures, subject to applicable hold periods and compliance requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
